Absolutely love this, Great as a corner desk by my window. I can sit, stand any time I want, and all the things I need. High quality design, even come with the cute drawer. All my friends ask where this is from.

Such a clever desk design! The rotating surfaces offer room to spread out, and the adjustable upper desk adds some extra flexibility. A stylish, versatile option for a home workspace.

Sturdy and well constructed

not worth the price. doesn’t swivel smoothly, desk is very short, and the top platform arrived scratched. like the conecpt but not the best execution.

Thank you again for sharing your feedback with us. We’d like to provide a little more context regarding the concerns you mentioned.

Since the AnyDesk Carousel features a metal desktop and hidden casters, the overall weight of the desk, combined with the design of the hidden wheels, creates more friction when moving it. As a result, it may not move as smoothly as a desk with traditional exposed casters. However, it should not require excessive effort to move.

Frequently Asked Questions

What exactly is the AnyDesk Carousel?

It's a dual-surface rotating sit-to-stand desk: two desktops on one compact footprint. The upper desk is a power-free, height-adjustable sit-to-stand surface on a smooth pneumatic (gas) lift, and the long, narrow lower desk rolls on hidden wheels. Both desktops rotate a full 360°, so you can line them up side by side, swing them into an L or V shape, or turn them in when you're done for the day. It's built for small homes where one desk has to do the work of two.

Does it need to be plugged in?

No. The Carousel is completely power-free. The upper desk raises and lowers on a pneumatic gas lift, so there's no motor, cord, or battery, and you can set it up wherever the layout works best, outlet or not.

How is the Carousel different from the other AnyDesks?

It's the only AnyDesk with two desktops. Quick guide:

AnyDesk Carousel: power-free, two rotating desktops (a height-adjustable upper desk plus a long lower desk), built-in drawer, performance vinyl surface, hidden wheels.
AnyDesk Nest: power-free, single desktop, up/down only, no fold or tilt.
AnyDesk Nest Pro: power-free, single desktop, tilts up to 90° for storage.
AnyDesk Fold: power-free, single desktop, folds up to 90°, lockable casters plus fixed feet.
AnyDesk Hub: electric (plug-in), larger single desktop, motorized height control.

For a side-by-side, see the desk comparison chart.

Does the Carousel fold?

No, and we want to be upfront about that. Instead of folding, both desktops rotate 360°, so you can swing them in close together to shrink the footprint when you're not working. If you want a desk that tilts flat for storage, look at the AnyDesk Nest Pro or AnyDesk Fold, which both tilt up to 90°.

How big are the two desktops?

The upper desktop measures 28" × 16" (71 × 41 cm) and the lower desktop measures 47" × 16" (119 × 41 cm), both product dimensions. The upper desk is sized for a laptop or a single monitor plus the essentials, while the long, narrow lower desk gives you room for a second screen, a printer, books, or a second person.

What configurations can I set it up in?

Because both desktops rotate 360°, you can arrange them to suit the room and the task: parallel (one in front of the other), an L-shape facing left or right, or a V-shape. You can also rotate the lower desk away from the wall to create a two-sided surface, set up a standing L-shape, or let two people work side by side, one sitting and one standing, at the same desk.

How big is the shipping box, and how much does it weigh?

The package measures 52" × 18" × 7" (132 × 46 × 18 cm), a package dimension, with a gross weight of 71 lbs (32 kg). It's a heavy box, so plan on a second person to help carry it in.

What's the height range?

The upper desk adjusts from 30" to 46" (76–117 cm), measured from the floor to the desktop, and the lower desk sits at a fixed 29" (74 cm). That range covers a seated setup at the low end and a standing height for many users at the top. Since everyone's ideal working height differs, check the range against your elbow height before ordering.

What is the Carousel made of?

Both desktops are performance vinyl over a high-density board core, and the legs are high-carbon steel. The surface has a soft, refined texture and stands up to heat, water, scratches, and stains, so everyday desk life wipes away easily. Like all TopJob products, it's tested to be PFAS-free.

What colors does it come in?

Two: Sand and Cream. Both are warm neutrals: Cream is the brighter warm white, and Sand is a deeper beige. Screens and lighting vary from home to home, so for a true read on tone, browse real customer photos on our Instagram (@topjoblab) or email us for guidance before you commit.

How do I raise and lower the upper desk?

Squeeze the paddle, guide the upper desktop to the height you want, and release. The ultra-smooth pneumatic lift switches between sitting and standing in about 3 seconds. Because the lift is gas-assisted, it's easiest to guide the desktop gently with your hand rather than forcing it; let the cylinder do the work.

How do the 360° rotation and the Focus Lock work?

Both desktops rotate a full 360°, so you can reposition them in seconds. When you've found your angle, the upper desk's Focus Lock toggle locks it square and holds it rock-steady; release the toggle when you want to rotate it again. Lock the upper desk before you start working so it doesn't drift while you write or type.

Does it have a drawer?

Yes. A sleek built-in drawer keeps pens, chargers, and everyday essentials tidy and close at hand, so the desktops stay clear.

Does it have wheels?

Yes. The lower desk rolls on smooth hidden wheels that stay out of sight. Because the desk is solidly built and the wheels are concealed, it takes a steady push to move rather than gliding like a desk on exposed casters, but it shouldn't require excessive effort. The wheels don't lock; if you'd rather the desk stay put, you can swap in the fixed feet made for the AnyDesk Nest and Nest Pro.

How much weight can it hold?

The upper desk supports up to 110 lbs (50 kg) and the lower desk supports up to 176 lbs (80 kg), as static loads, meaning weight resting on the desk while it's stationary. Keep loads within those limits and centered on each desktop for smooth, stable use.

Can I use a monitor arm with it?

Yes, on the upper desk, within its 110 lb (50 kg) static rating. Our LIFTA monitor arms fit standard VESA mounts and most desks. Adjust the height with a hand on the desk, and because the desktop rotates, avoid swinging a monitor out past the edge, which can affect stability.

What pairs well with the Carousel?

The Origamie laptop stand raises your screen so you can keep the upper desk at a comfortable elbow height, and the Steel Caddy 360 adds rolling, closed storage beside the desk. For seating that fits a compact setup, the Mochi and BISKIT chairs are good matches. Browse more add-ons in the accessories collection.

Is assembly required, and is there a guide?

Yes, assembly is required, and we walk you through every step. Follow the AnyDesk Carousel assembly video and keep the AnyDesk Carousel user guide (PDF) handy; all guides also live on our assembly & usage page. One tip that saves headaches: when the hardware calls for washers, place them before driving in the screws. They distribute the load and help keep everything from loosening over time. Because the box is heavy, a second person makes the job easier.

Can I take it apart to move it?

Yes. The Carousel is designed for easy assembly and disassembly, so you can break it down for a move and reassemble it later. Hold on to the original packaging. When repacking, wrap the heavier metal parts fully and pack them separately from the desktops to avoid scratches in transit.

How do I clean the desktops?

Wipe the performance vinyl surfaces with alcohol wipes, or with a soft cloth and a mild soap solution, then dry. The finish resists heat, water, scratches, and stains, so routine cleanups are quick. Skip abrasive pads, scouring powders, or harsh chemicals that could dull the surface over time.

Can I get replacement parts?

Yes. For any spare part, or if something arrives missing or damaged, email support@topjoblab.com with your order number and the team will get the right piece to you.

Is the Carousel HSA/FSA eligible?

You can pay for the Carousel with HSA/FSA funds through Flex at checkout, subject to Flex's eligibility review, though HSA/FSA can't be used during a pre-order period. For current details, see the HSA/FSA eligibility page.
