Love this chair. I used to sit on an exercise ball when working at a desk to fortify my core strength. This chair provides the opportunity to move my core while sitting and it doesn’t roll away like and exercise ball. Plus it is so cute!.
The ability to adjust the height is a plus so no matter where I’m sitting I can find good balance and an ergonomically correct height.
The seat is stable so I don’t feel off balance when I’m sitting still.
