Decent chair, not quite 380 dollars worth though

I was deciding between the Voya and Branch's Verve chair, and went with this. It is an extremely quality piece of furniture, and took me just over 30 minutes to build. I couldn't be happier with the color (I got the green but think all 3 colorways are super beautiful), the head rest, foot rest, or back support. However, I was expecting to be able to sit way higher. I am 5'7 and feel like I am sitting super low to the ground at the highest setting (about 20"). I prefer to be sitting up high and that is impossible with this chair -- if my desk height wasn't adjustable I'd probably return it. I am an attorney so am at my desk like all the time, so was looking to invest in a quality chair. Ultimately I chose TopJob because I watched a YouTube review and learned the CEO was a woman, so that was the cherry on top. Overall happy with my purchase, and quality wise, this piece is worth the money regardless of the height.

Really love the chair! It's comparable to the much more expensive office chairs at a fraction of the cost. Lots of adjustable pieces to make it feel as comfortable as possible to you — depth of seat (love this!), lumber support placement, height & tilt adjustable head rest. One thing that could be better is armrest. The height can be locked in place, but moving it front and back and swiveling it in and out has zero lock and is slightly annoying. If armrests locked in place for all directions, would be one of the best chairs everrrrrr. If the last part doesn't bother you that much, highly suggest you get this chair!

Fast shipping, comfy

This chair is great, comfortable, and beautiful. However, something you can't see in the pictures, and I may not have even thought would be a problem, are the armrests. They unfortunately don't come up high enough for my fiancé or me. I also wish they would slide back way farther so I could scoot all the way up to my desk without having to turn the armrests completely to the side. The BIGGEST problem with them is that they are tilted; your elbow is way lower than your forearm. I find myself holding my elbow up, putting a strain on my shoulder. Lastly, you cannot bring the armrests in towards your body; this causes me to have my arms unnaturally far apart. I wish I could just replace the arms.... I had to buy lifts to comfortably use the armrests.

I hope this feedback will be considered when upgrading or creating a new chair.

Ugh, I wanted to love this more… it took two shipments of chairs to have all the pieces required to put the chair together. The second chair didn’t come with any bolts or screws. Thankfully, the first shipment had some. Recommend quality control, especially for the money associated.

But, the chair is comfy, hence the three stars.

Good quality and design

This chair feels just as amazing as it looks. It has all the features I could ask for, and the armrests and footrest are so comfortable, I could sit in it all day.

The chair is comfortable, nice and stylist. it gives good support for my lumbar. The only complaint i have is the headrest, when I tilt it, and put my head on it, it when back to old position, useless headrest I would say. Is there anything could help with it?

Nice looking chair. The seat could be more comfortable, hoping it will be once it’s broken in. The headrest is kind of annoying, it doesn’t seem to stay in place when you push it up unless in a reclined position. I love that the arm rests are 360 but I hate that when I grab them to move the chair they often move out of place at the slightest touch. Overall, I think there could be improvements but I’m happy with my purchase and it’s definitely an upgrade.

No complaints! Easy to put together and super comfortable. Only had it a week so hopefully it holds up.
