Ultimate Work Comfort Set

Chair is comfortable and matches with my Dune Desk perfectly. I am 5'8" and slender and it's very comfortable with extra room to spare. I usually hate chairs with headrests but this one is great and there are a lot of parts that are adjustable.

The chair is beautiful but the linen does not hold up well at all. Pills.

Best chair best chair best chair!! I sit for many hours a day as a therapist and this chair has changed my life and my back for the better. Plus, it’s sooo pretty. I am officially a TopJob zealot.

This chair is nice. It's supportive and comfortable and I love the foot rest. However, the arm rests do not stay in place when you raise them. I thought I might've just had a defective chair, but I even watched the video tutorial and it literally shows the arm rests drop when the model raises them and puts his arms on them. This should absolutely be a must-have feature for a chair of this price. Like come on.

I’m sure everyone here came across an add for this chair on Facebook, Instagram, and probably all the other social medias and honestly it peaked my interest right away after finding out they used vegan leather!

I am an Interior Designer and educator here in California and teach a majority of my classes online, so you can imagine, being at your desk for hours is not great for the body so I wad on a hunt for the most comfortable chair out their. As I do in my field, I did my research on this chair and it ticked off all the marks for me. Ergonomics, sustainable materials, and great craftsmanship! Plus, easy installation! As a mid modern century enthusiast, the Napa in Amber Vegan Leather called to me.

I was fortunate to get my hands on one and see it in all its glory!

Here are some of my pros and cons about the chair, more specifically my first impressions of this chair out of the box and after installation:

Pros:
- Easy to assemble
- The color of the vegan leather looks and feels rich
- The weight of the chair tells me the construction is there
- The ergonomic of this chair feels endless, from head rest down tow the leg rest
- The hard plastic (PP/PE) doesn't feel… toy-ish
-I love the cushion, its not too firm that it feels like your sitting on metal and the pitch isn't too high that it feels like your sitting on a thousand pillows
- The head rest is probably my favorite thing about this Napa chair because when you’re at your desk for hours you gotta rest your head!

Cons: (or advice/suggestions)
- At first glance, the chair looks a little bulky
- I wish the arms telescoped in and out since, currently, it feels a little wider than me. For reference, Im 5’2, 118lbs, and my waist is about 28-29, so I don't fill in the chair as much, so thats why I think the telescoping arm would come in handy.
- Additionally, I wish the top if the arm rests turned on some kind of degree as well.
- The lumbar support is semi there, I wonder if a movable lumbar support system would work here?

In any case, this chair at first glance is AMAZING! I will be making a video of this later after I am able to sit on the chair for a couple more months! For now here are some cool pics I took straight out of the box and after assembly, sat in front of my desk! Enjoy!

I just received my Napa Ergonomic Chair today, and I already love it! It’s very comfortable, looks great, and feels really well made. I’m excited to use it for my long workdays and see how it holds up over time. So far, I’m very happy with it!

The Napa Ergonomic Chair has been the best work from home investment I have made for myself since transitioning to working in a hybrid environment. It is incredibly comfortable and looks beautiful in my home office. The variety of adjustments make it versatile for every position I would want to sit in, and allows for regular movement throughout my workday. It is such a great chair, I find myself spending more time in my office doing other things beyond my traditional work. The cherry on top is it is HSA-eligible which was the final factor that sold me on this chair. I highly recommend.

I find it to be comfortable overall but I don’t like how flimsy the armrests are. You can’t lock them in place, so they move side to side all the time. I also wish the chair could be higher, but it looks like you have to purchase a part for that. If you’re tall, add it to your basket.

The Himalayan Salt finish is even more beautiful in person! Love the Ripple wellness motion mode.

I think you need to work on the expediency of your response to customer inquiries, and your remedy for errors that might occur causing late shipments.
I ordered the cream-colored office chair. The order date was June 22. The 7–10-day ship date did not happen. I received no appraisals of a late shipping intention until after my inquiry on 07-14-26 (almost a month later). I was told via email that because of the popularity of the color, new stock would now arrive July 20. I accepted that date but asked if an expedited shipping arrangement could then be made. No response was given except for a $20.00 allowance toward a future order – a disconnected response to the true issue in my view when all that is required is the company’s early status appraisals to me and an affirmative ship date.
July 20 did not happen either and I inquired again on July 28 as I received no appraisal that this new date could also not be met. Upon this inquiry I was told the new date would be August 15. I accepted that date but asked simply for a rough estimate of the delivery date to my location (not yours, as I was not told where you are in the country). In response, I was offered only what I would be able to learn by tracking the shipment on my own through your system if in fact the August 15 or 17 date actually happens.
I would suggest that much more attention be paid to keeping your customers up to date on delivery status, especially on orders that are as late as mine in their delivery. Much is forgiven when communication is high. A $20 or $30 accommodation is meaningless and even evasive to the true issue – which is the late delivery and need for a remedy - quickly. An acceptable resolution to the issue would have been a much higher level of communication prior to my inquiries and an effort to accommodate an expedited delivery.
Please spare me the typical apologies and if you would, simply get the merchandise to me as soon as possible.

Kinda hard to give feedback for an item that never arrived

So far so good! Cute fabric, easy to assemble, rather comfy. I’m not using the footrests as much as I anticipated but they’re a nice option when I’m in long-boring-meeting mode.

Still a gorgeous chair, but previous iterations were better! This is one of the more comfortable chairs on the market, and the retractable foot rest is awesome. The updated version though includes arms that don't really latch into place and so if you put any force on them (i.e. lean too hard, sit with a leg up, etc.) they spin. In addition, the leaning function on the chair is much less stable, so I find I almost have to lock it in place and the positions when locked are minimal. All in, still a great option, but I fear that in trying to improve they actually made a previously near perfect product less good.

I have been stalking this chair and reading all the reviews for months and finally pulled the trigger. Greatest decision!

Chair not good for short people

Didn’t think a chair would make this much difference, but NAPA just works. I sit cross-legged, lean back, shift around, it supports all of it without feeling stiff. Super comfortable, easy to adjust, and I honestly don’t think about posture anymore.

I am very satisfied with not only the product, but the customer service at topjob. The chair is fantastic and has received a ton of back tension I’ve had for years. Thank you!!
