Base, Frame and Armrests
- Use a soft cloth with mild detergent and warmwater to clean the surface. Rinse thoroughlyand dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents asthey may damage the finish.
Seat, Cushion, Headrest and Footrest
- Regulary vacuum the seat fabric using anupholstery attachment to remove dust.
- For stains, use a spot cleaner specificallydesigned for furniture. Avoid using bleach orwater-based cleaning products to prevent discoloration.
Casters
- Clean the casters reqularly to ensure smoothoperation. Use a brush or cloth to remove debris.

I first purchased the Aura in Crimson for my office. Then I got the black one for home. Love them both. When you first sit in it, it feels really firm and not like you would imagine a "comfy" chair but when you stand up after a long day of work, and don't hurt, that's when the magic happens!
This chair fixed my back
Within minutes of sitting in this chair, my hips and lower back are starting to release. It somehow corrects my posture - I literally have no idea how. I've never bought myself an expensive chair before but this chair is worth every penny. I'll probably purchase a second one for my home office. I really like that there is no pressure on the back of my legs either. Definitely recommend.

I was looking around for a desk chair that wasn't reviewed by a 6'+ man and I found the Aura chair on a YouTube video with only under a thousand views. The owner(?) of the company, a petite woman sat and demonstrated the red aura chair and I instantly bought it. I had been looking for about a month but most reviewers were more heavy set men and I'm a 5'3 women who wanted to be able to sit cross legged and didn't prioritize having padded arm rests.
I've now had it since April and my back pain from my old chair is gone. I love the foot and head rest. The seat is firm but comfortable. I think for the quality of the chair (lost of metal frame pieces, unique fabric, quick shipping) this is a great option.
The base of the chair had a small knick in the paint but it didn't bother me enough to try to return it. The knick has not gotten bigger after several months of use. Although their website may not have extensive marketing, I'm really happy with my chair!
