Base, Frame and Armrests
- Use a soft cloth with mild detergent and warmwater to clean the surface. Rinse thoroughlyand dry with a soft cloth.
- Avoid using abrasive cleaners or solvents asthey may damage the finish.
Seat, Cushion, Headrest and Footrest
- Regulary vacuum the seat fabric using anupholstery attachment to remove dust.
- For stains, use a spot cleaner specificallydesigned for furniture. Avoid using bleach orwater-based cleaning products to prevent discoloration.
Casters
- Clean the casters reqularly to ensure smoothoperation. Use a brush or cloth to remove debris.
Like-new TopJob products can be returned within 30 days if they are in original condition with all packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. A restocking fee may apply.

My first order for the Aura Chair was received with some defects. I took pictures of the defects and emailed them to customer support. To my surprise, TopJob responded to me the very next day. To make a long story short, TopJob shipped me a new chair. I was so happy. The chair is of good quality and wonderfully comfortable. If I need another office chair, I will purchase it from TopJob again.

I first purchased the Aura in Crimson for my office. Then I got the black one for home. Love them both. When you first sit in it, it feels really firm and not like you would imagine a "comfy" chair but when you stand up after a long day of work, and don't hurt, that's when the magic happens!
This chair fixed my back
Within minutes of sitting in this chair, my hips and lower back are starting to release. It somehow corrects my posture - I literally have no idea how. I've never bought myself an expensive chair before but this chair is worth every penny. I'll probably purchase a second one for my home office. I really like that there is no pressure on the back of my legs either. Definitely recommend.
